It has been two weeks and I still can’t believe the news. Alex was always so full of life and looking forward to the next adventure. He was the spark for so many fun experiences and shared memories. Plus, there was something about Alex that made him seem invincible.

Alex was someone who was always ready for a fun outing of dinner, golf, trivia, cards, dice, a movie, or whatever fun there was to be had. He loved a real debate and never shied away from the opposing view. But he even made a heated debate fun!

I was lucky enough to play golf with Alex (in a socially distanced way) a few days before he passed. He was in fine form and delighted to help celebrate my birthday. As always, he loved to bring joy to others. Alex, I’ll dearly miss you, my friend. ❤️

May we all embrace his spirit and spread more joy to others. He truly loved making other people happy.
