Today our baby girl turns 5. I carry her in my heart as I carry you, side by side. Although she was taken from me, you knew who you got her from, why I gave her to you, and in my heart I truly believe that she was the reason why we were able to enjoy your love, presence, laughter for an additional 3 years. Some days I find myself angry at the people that took her from me, but at the end of the day, I know that although I could not save you, I was always there for you, hence Rosie. I loved and love you, nursed and comforted you, acted the fool (I can hear your laughter) and gave you my Rosie to keep you save. I will never regret our love. I know that although Rosie is not with me, she is in a home where she is loved, and that gives me peace. I love you always, you are my ❤️.
