I'm the "baby" of the family and while Bob was 16 years older than me, he was my friend as well as my brother. I love him deeply and can't believe he's gone. He was a man I admired (and still do!) for so many wonderful traits - smart, funny, humble, generous, deeply committed to our family, loyal, passionate about justice and the world around him - and a lover of having a good time! He loved OU, his friends, his family, MUSIC, travel, live theater, a great meal, and travel. He loved our parents and made them proud - he made me proud, too, so proud he was my "oldest brother." He's always been there for me - for advice, support, counsel, humor, just "hanging out" etc. We shared our love for books and reading, often trading favorite authors and books. We shared our love of music (he took me to see The Supremes - after Diana left - at Disneyland when I was just a kid!), movies, theater, and a deep concern for our mom in her later years.
