Mark and I joined MSP so many years ago, I have now forgotten when? The picture attached was from 2000 with the entire group. Mark is at the far left.
For years we skied together soon after Howard Cross joined us and we would ski together telling stories and laughing all day long! Some days Katya would join us with a friend or two and we would ski all over the mountain. Both Mark and Katya were accomplished skiers and together no trail went unchallenged!
Our friendship blossomed over the years and although skiing up north was the glue which held us together, we continued to build our friendship with our families. From riding through Manhattan on our bikes in the Tour NYC or just meeting in NYC or Boston we always were together, and mostly through Mark’s persistence!
We will all miss him, wonderful personality, habitually schmoozer, with a quick wit and could take a dig as well as give it!
