OBITUARY
My heart broke when I heard that Bernie had passed away. He was so funny! So smart, so compassionate, so dedicated, irreverent. And yes I heard a lot about Barbara, her caregiver, you kids, and the grandkids. He revelled in all of you, your successes and experiences and joyously shared them with us.
The last time I saw Bernie in person was, of course, pre COVID-19. We met at Johnny's Luncheonette in Newton Centre, and caught up while sharing family, community and "work" stories over diner food. We talked about food too!
I am one of the hundreds of friends and fans that will sorely miss Bernie Feldstein in my life.
