He was always reading and knew so much about so many different things. He was intelligent and hard working. He never rested. He had so many dreams and ambitions. He was always computing something in his head trying to solve problems or make his inventions better for his cement business. He was also very warm, silly and affectionate. He was a great cook. He could eat something and replicate a version that was even better than the restaurant. He married the love of his life in 1982 and never wavered no matter the distance. So loyal. So adoring. He was the youngest of 7 siblings. He spent the last 10 years in the Philippines building his business, and he had very close relationships with his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews there. All of us will miss you dearly and wish we had more time together.

I remember we would pass by Seattle when we were visiting Vancouver and we stayed with your family, both you and Tommy were very young then. That was around the time when I gave you, Camille, a dark pink winter jacket and your mom said that you loved it and always wore it. I will never forget the generous hospitality of Pilar and Danny, always welcoming us and our High school classmates when we visited Seattle. We enjoyed the sumptuous food Danny always prepared for us. We were always well-fed and never hungry at your home. In the last few years during my trips to Zamboanga Danny invited me to see the business that he built in Zamboanga but it was never easy to plan a trip especially with short vacation and not enough time to do things. I had the opportunity to have dinner with Pilar and Danny in Jan 2017 (photo#2). John and I last met Danny in Dec 2018 (photo#1). Danny will be sorely missed but he will always be in our hearts. I am continuously praying for Danny.
