Geneva Diane "Stockton" Metz, 72, of Henderson Nevada, passed away at home on October 12th 2019, with her family by her side." She was born to parents Bruce Scott Stockton and Jessie Geneva Hinsley, August 15th, 1947 in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Geneva left a true love of learning and creating to her family. A talented seamstress, who loved a good puzzle, she shared her love of games and family with her children and grandchildren. Geneva left a true love of learning and creating to her family. A talented seamstress, who loved a good puzzle, she shared her love of games and family with her children and grandchildren. She was a Past Department Secretary for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Association Auxiliary and a lifetime member of V.F.W. Post #1047 in North Las Vegas.
Geneva is survived by her Mother, Jessie Geneva Stockton, her husband of 53 years Jerry Tom Metz, her three children: Kailisa L. Metz, of Henderson, Nevada; Son Jerald Metz and wife Tovah Metz, of Parker, Colorado; and Daughter Geneva Suzanne Mains and husband Jeremy Mains of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren Kailisa R., Ben, Gwynevere, and Hunter Rose, as well as her Neices, nephews and godchildren. She was preceded in death by her Father, Bruce Scott Stockton, her 2 sisters, Sharla D. Stockton, Rhea L. Rivera, and her Nephew Mitchell Stockton.
