Afterglow
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Glen was one of those funny, grumpy, stubborn and loveable guys all rolled into one big personality and he always knew when someone needed a smile or kind word to brighten their day; he has been and will continue to be missed. less

He was always there for me even when we weren't together. He helped me raise some pretty amazing humans. He taught & instilled respect into all our kids. Without Glen's patience & heart I'm not sure how all of us would turned out. He may of not been Niki, Ty, & Jace's natural father but he was their dad. Having Caiden with him was such a blessing for both of us. I just hope that I do right by him with Caiden.
We had many adventures together...spent a lot of time on the Oregon Coast as well as the mountains close to home. I don't know who or whatever brought us together I'm sure thankful it happened! I will still ask Glen for help even if he's not here on earth. I will look for him in the
waves & the trees as my life continues. Love Leslie less

It now holds one of his granddaughter's early pieces of artwork but when he gave it to me it had a really big, possibly unflattering, photo of me and my high school best friend in it. You see, when I was in high school, Glen and my mom went out of town for the weekend, and my friend and I decided to have a small party while they were away. Big mistake! One of my friends got a little rowdy and broke one of the stair rails in the house. I didn't know it at the time but Glen saved that stair rail and made me a picture frame out of it. I will always remember that mistake but will also always remember that Glen was forgiving and understanding and could find humor in life's lessons. I'm so thankful to have some things that he made and will always cherish them. less
