Mrs. Gloria Maria Fraser, née Roa, passed away peacefully in her home on August 2nd, 2019, in Boynton Beach, FL, at the age of 82. Gloria is survived by her children Caroline Fraser, Douglas James Fraser and his wife Laurie White Fraser; her siblings Beatriz Tipton-Tindell, Victor Antonio Roa, and Bernardo Roa. Gloria is preceded in death by Grandchildren Kimberly Holland Orlando and husband Thomas Orlando, Christian Fraser, and Morgan Falcone, as well as her great-grandson Aiden Orlando.
Gloria was born on March 30th, 1937 in Mosquera, Colombia to Victor and Carolina Roa. Gloria married her high school sweetheart Douglas Fraser, and they remained happily married for over 60 years. After moving to Houston, TX, Gloria founded Interlink Aviation Services.
Gloria was an accomplished entrepreneur, as well as a very generous, witty, and dedicated individual who loved animals. She was passionate about the welfare of all animals, including rescuing wildlife as well as supporting many local animal shelters and rescue groups. Gloria will be remembered most for her caring spirit, and a beautiful heart which was always ready to lend a hand to a friend, family member, or animal in need.
The family would like to thank the Trust Bridge team of dedicated doctors, nurses, CNA's, and therapists. As well as the Fraser family overseas, the Orlando Family, and the Tipton, Tindell, and Rose families for your help, and support. Sarita for your friendship and for leaving your all your rescues to come and visit. Teresilla, for your prayers and friendship. And Gloria's amazing neighbor Ellen for your kindness and excellence in caregiving. Also, Gloria was blessed with three beautiful angels: Melissa, we will always be grateful for your love, devotion, and weekly visits to read and pray. And Stacy and Pammy for your visits, lovely flowers, and gifts.
