If she was hurting or going through something you wouldn’t even know. I can recall the days when I pass by to pick up my daughter and no matter how bad a day I had, she’d always have a smile to greet anyone at the door. She was always willing and ready to assist in any way possible. The Lord knows she came through for me when I needed some short notice childcare and a helping hand. Besides that, I was always sure to get my Sunday morning hugs and smiles when she greeted me at the sanctuary door. All in all, there are not enough words to efficiently describe someone like Jem. But…her soul is at eternal with her savior. Rest on Jem! less

Jem strong in the face of adversity, helpful, thoughful. I believe her motto was help me to live for others that i might live for thee. RIEP my daughter.

The joy of the Lord indeed was your Strength. Your light shone before us all, and we saw Gods Glory. Light up Heaven until I get there.

She was so eager to help in church affairs and she made me feel welcome as she flashed her infectious smile. She was a sweet, gentle, yet strong soul who was so selfless and caring. She will never be forgotten. May her precious soul rest in peace.
