Jerri Jenkins passed away on March 28, 2020, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Jerri was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Though she left this world far too soon, she filled it with love, compassion and kindness, everywhere she went.
Jerri worked very hard, and appreciated life to the fullest. The simple things never escaped her eye. She loved so many friends, family and, of course, her kitties. She was a successful business woman, caring partner and one of the best grandparents around! We were all influenced by Jerri in our own way, and she means something very special to each of us. Please share your memories, stories, pictures and prayers so that we can all enjoy them and get to see more of who Jerri is. In a world of uncertainty, and in the grief of Jerri's passing, may we all come together to celebrate what an exceptional person she was.
They tell me life's a journey
That will take me many years
Some days are filled with laughter
And some days are filled with tears
Some days I think my heart will break
That I can't persevere
Some days I have to don a mask
And hide beneath its veneer
Some days I turn and look for you
With thoughts I'd like to share
Some days I just can't understand
The reason you're not there
Some days the sadness leaves me
And my smile will reappear
Some days I close my eyes because
Your memory is so clear
Some days I struggle to go on
Just wishing you were near
Most days I spend in gratitude
That you were ever here
