KEVIN RAYMOND PILON: age 65, of Galveston, Texas passed away on February 25, 2021. He was born on August 30, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio. We believe these are just a few of the things that Kevin would tell us: “To God be the glory forever! Walk the journey of life by following Jesus' light, practice the good fruits of the spirit, and on the day of reckoning count on a big change. God gave me the desires of my heart like the Love of my Life, Sharon, the life-changing force of my daughter, Michelle, and many other blessings. Oh, and GO Browns!”

Those of us that remain would like to say, “Kevin loved boldly and uplifted all while laughing and dancing along the way. He had a tender and forgiving heart. Kevin saw the light through the darkness. He embraced life with a spirit of kindness and generosity. He touched the lives of countless many. His peace remains with us all.”

A celebration of Kevin's life will be held at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the Brain Trauma Foundation.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Sharon Pilon; daughter, Michelle Rae Johnson; son, Johnny (Sherri) Ignat; grandchildren, Lennox Gunn, and Amber, Madison, and Joseph Ignat; brothers, Brian Michael Pilon, Mark (Tina) Pilon, Sean (Chrissy) Pilon; and sisters, Eileen Bromley and Pegeen (Henry) Weinhold; and all his loving nieces and nephews.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Margaret Pilon; brother, Mitchell Pilon; sister, Shannon McNeeley; and daughter, Lisa Leasure.
