Kevin Yost passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at the age of 28 in Sacramento, CA.
Kevin was funny, gentle, kind-hearted, open-minded, determined, and always wanted to help the people around him. He was a devoted friend, loving brother, gracious son, affectionate husband, passionate transportation planner. His loyalty, sense of humor and compassion will be missed by everyone. He left a lasting impression on anyone he came into contact with.

Kevin worked as a transportation consultant at Kittelson & Associates, where he brings his enthusiasm for helping communities build safe, effective, and sustainable transportation systems. Kevin focuses on transportation safety and bicycle and pedestrian planning.
Kevin cares deeply about the environment and enjoys hiking in nature. He is adventurous and likes to explore new things. He also enjoys biking around Sacramento, taking a walk in the Curtis Park, and trying new food.
Kevin is survived by his wife Lu Yu, mother and father Terri and David Yost, and sister Kristi McWilliams and brother-in-law Brian McWilliams; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends.
