Mechelle was born in Kansas City, MO February 28th, 1947. She grew up living in Missouri, California and Arizona. Mechelle attended Woodbury College to obtain a business administration major as a member of Phi Gamma Kappa: National Honorary Scholastic Fraternity. She decided on a career path in Stenotype School to start her career as a court reporter. She became an official court reporter for the Maricopa County Superior Court and eventually founded Arizona Academy of Court Reporting in 1974 which was Arizona's first court reporter's school.
After a distinguished career for several Superior Courts Mechelle began her studies in Theology. She received multiple certifications and earned her certificate of Chaplin. Following her passion and deeply rooted faith she became a leader in women's and music ministries.
Many of you may not know but Mechelle had an amazing operatic voice, wrote a draft for a complete book, was an avid reader, antique collector and enjoyed a variety of art.
Although Mechelle's life was filled with many hardships her unwavering faith sustained her and blessed the lives of many.
Survived by: Her children Sean (wife) JanMarie and Brian Chad, Siblings Barbara and Harold, Grandchildren Megan (husband) Rich, Connor, Mackenzie and Ian, Great Grandchildren Liam, Theo and Gracie, extended family and friends.
