We invite those who are able to say their goodbyes in person to join us on Saturday, January 16, 2021 between 2-8 pm. Masks are required and we are limited to 25 people in the visitation room at a time. We will have a book for you to be able to write down any memories, and a camera/phone available if you would like to take a video to share/reenact your best memories of Mike, or please share with us at mikelovememories@gmail.com, or here on Gatheringus.com by posting a photo or video and your memories by clicking the 'POSTS' link on the bottom of this page (if using your phone) or to the left hand side by clicking memory/condolences (if you are using a computer) and you will be asked to form a login and password. Thank you so much for keeping his spirit alive in this manner.

In lieu of flowers, please pay it forward and make someone's day in typical Mike Love fashion by yelling at the top of your lungs, buying them a meal, or convincing them that dessert is necessary. These are all ways he showed us he cared that we can pass on.
A final thank you for any contributions made to this lasting memorial tribute in honor of the uniquely amazing, goofy, sweet hearted person Mike was. This memorial will help keep the best parts of him with us.
Crazy how thing change, you were just over on Christmas eating dinner with us. Thank you for loving my mom the way you did, you were truly a great person. From all the vacation trips to all our dinner adventures, all I can say is that I’ll miss it.... moreCrazy how thing change, you were just over on Christmas eating dinner with us. Thank you for loving my mom the way you did, you were truly a great person. From all the vacation trips to all our dinner adventures, all I can say is that I’ll miss it. Last thing I remember is you telling us on Christmas, we should all go to Mexico together, unfortunately that never happened. We’ll miss you very much mike. less
Mike and I went to breakfast in Marine City and he got so excited over his pancakes. Going to miss your enthusiasm for food. He was part of my family! Really missing my friend who I called my brother.
Took this picture but pretty sure we never got to show you. We felt you would appreciate and get super excited knowing we were able to get gas this cheap at one point earlier this year.
I met Mike through our mutual friend Norm. I am going to miss him stopping over to have breakfast with Norm and how he raved about my chocolate chip cookies. God took you too soon my friend😪 Jodi K
I couldn't ask for a better best friend than Mike. He would get so excited about the smallest things. We would stop at every garage sale to see what bargains we could get. He was the antique king. Love you brother!
I was so sad to hear of Mikes untimely passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Ford Mod Center. Always smiling. He sang, he spoke in a British accent and was so easy to work with. He often spoke of his son Nathan and was so proud... moreI was so sad to hear of Mikes untimely passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Ford Mod Center. Always smiling. We created so many memories during our
short time together, I will never forget
any of them. I wish I could write them all here; but I won’t😊, the one that will forever be in my heart is remembering
our long drives around Marine City and Algonac... moreWe created so many memories during our

our long drives around Marine City and Algonac while we listened to the radio and danced in the truck, we didn't care if anyone
was looking, we just let loose, I can't still
hear your laugh as you turned the radio louder
and we looked at each other and we kept
dancing and driving. The music on the radio
doesn't sound the same since I lost you less

I remember you telling us how Norm took this picture and describing how big the tractor was. I remember how animated you got telling us. Just like when we took you to get your ducks.

Mike, you had a heart of gold. A steady shoulder to lean on even with you being a total workaholic. This is a heavy loss that will be with us forever. You deserved so much better in this life.
