Sharon worked in the medical field in administrative capacities throughout her career, including roles at Santa Cruz General, Community Hospital, Dominican Hospital, with Drs. They moved together to Volcano, CA and traveled the world happily for many years while calling Amador County home. She welcomed two great-grandsons in 2011 & 2014 and delighted in knowing and spoiling them in her later years. Following two years of excellent care by her husband and hospice, our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend Sharon departed this earth peacefully in Amador County on August 19, 2021. Preceded in death by her first husband John, sister Pat and brother Al Gene, she is survived by her husband Glen; daughter Lori Bertolucci of Soquel, CA; son John Bertolucci of Golden, CO; granddaughter Cassandra Tenny, and great-grandsons Calvin and Archer of San Jose, CA; brother Jerry of Carson City, NV and brother Robert of Chowchilla, CA, as well as nieces, nephews, and amazing step-family in Queensland, Australia, including sister-in-law Regina, stepdaughter Laurinda, and stepsons Michael, James & Ben.
