Mr. Lamb was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Abigail, and mother, Helen Lamb. Thomas Jason Lamb is survived by his wife, Kacy, son Thomas, his father Thomas and sister, Emily. There will be a private service held on Thursday, April 10, 2014. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital in Portland, Maine.
