Belinda Ann Eisen Walsh, beloved mom and “Mimi”, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 13th, 2020. Belinda was born in Gatesville, TX on November 25, 1950 to Rudolph and Paula Eisen. She was the oldest of four siblings, William Eisen, Glen Eisen, and Sande Eisen. She loved to bless people with food. Hanging on her fridge was the quote; “Love people, cook them tasty food”. Aside from her family, Belinda’s pride and joy was her garden. Neighbors all agree, she has the most beautiful yard on the street, and she freely offered help to others wanting to emulate. More recently, she loved feeding and watching the birds in her backyard. Most important, she was a strong Christian, who loved Jesus, her family, and everyone she came into contact with. She was quoted as saying her secret was that "she assumed that she would like everyone she met”. Belinda is survived by her two sons, Will and Steve, and their wives, Kim and Lindsey. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Megan and Noah.
A celebration of life service is planned for 2pm, November 14th, 2020 at St. John Lutheran (1218 E Debbie Ln, Mansfield, TX 76063).
Belinda asked that donations be made in her name to her church, St John Lutheran (https://stjohnmansfield.org/), Samaritan's Purse, or the American Institute for Cancer Research (https://www.aicr.org/).
