Funeral Expenses.

-Space reservation at the rose garden for 3 hours- $75, $15 application fee, $150 refundable deposit -Slate tile on concrete plinth with Hattie's name and short inscription $750 (I have added a photo example of what this looks like in the photo section) *This is a tax deductible expense -Lunch and beverages $150 (may change depending on number of people) -Memory Poster $40.00

OBITUARY
Hattie Ruth Parks was born August 31, 1930 in Wrightsville, GA. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 1, 2020 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Hattie loved Oregon and enjoyed walking through the rose garden and sitting by the Willamitte River. She loved gardening and plants.     Glenda has mailed grandma's ashes to me. She is taking a journey across the country for the last time, Georgia to Las Vegas. I am awaiting her arrival and can't wait to take her back to Oregon so she can rest peacefully.

    The park reservation has officially been made! August 31, 11am-2pm. Grandma's passing has been difficult but even in the dark times there is light and her light has created a long overdue family reunion. I can't wait to see everyone and celebrate grandma's life.

    This is what grandma's memory tile will look like. I chose a West facing direction because she loved the West Coast and watching the sunset. It will be installed this month, can't wait to see it!

    Thank you to Glenda for contributing $1200 towards the celebration! Slate tile has been ordered and once I get the proof I will post a photo here. I will be able to make the park reservation on July 6 and will post an update then.
