The perpetrator was never found and convicted. Jonathan was 34 years old when he passed - gone too soon. Jonathan fathered two children - Jonathan Ray McGhee, Jr. (11) and Justice Ja'Nae (McGhee) Tarver (1) who was born 2 months after his passing, but she was named by her father before he passed.
