With heavy hearts, our family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our loved one, Rick Gomez, at the age of 67. He passed away peacefully in his home on March 16, 2021, in the city of San Luis Obispo after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He will be deeply missed by his children Jennifer (Gordon) Gomez-Ford, Andrew (Saira) Gomez, Nicolas (Taylor) Gomez, Joseph Gomez, Jeffrey (Justine) Gomez, Jacqueline (Jack) Gomez, his grandchildren and his wife, Lisa Gomez, whom he loved and cherished for the rest of his days.
His Dad jokes, intensely loud whistle, his gregarious and friendly personality, and his love for his family will forever remain in our memories.
