We hope to gather in person this coming summer to celebrate the life of our beloved Wendy. In the meantime, we want to nourish the community she so lovingly built and create opportunities for us to both remember her and to support one another.
This Saturday, October 17, we invite you to find a moment and to quietly (or not so quietly) pause to remember Wendy and hold her in the light.

Gamm further serves the public with educational outreach programming designed to both support the theatrical experience and help sustain and enhance the intellectual and cultural life of its community.
Vision Statement
The Gamm aspires to become a major regional presence in the performing arts community as well as a stimulus to economic growth in the local community and statewide. The Gamm is committed to reaching out to our ever-expanding community and carrying forward our well-established local identity to the rest of New England and beyond.
As a re-inventor of timeless classics as well as a fearless provocateur and producer of contemporary and new work, we aim to raise tough moral and political questions central to our understanding of human nature and community, both on a domestic and international level, and engage diverse audiences with common understanding and compassion. less

Collecting stories and memories about Wendy here will offer all of us great comfort.
In lieu of flowers, please remember Wendy by making a gift to the theater community. Here are three theaters that Wendy has been a part of most recently:

You took a nervous freshman under your wing and our wonderful friendship began. You were my 1st roommate in a REAL apartment and if we had a nickel for every laugh we would both have been millionaires. So many years have passed and even when we were out of touch for a bit, it only took seconds to fall right back into our old rhythms. I can't imagine this world without your bright light. Oh the reunion with your Mom, Pop and Sherry! That is what I will try to think about instead of our loss. Love you so much. Teen Marine less

I opened it and found a woman named Wendy Overly was interested in me. I sent her my phone number and she called me. Her POF site did not have a picture of her because she didn't want someone contacting her because they saw her in a show at the theater. I had no idea what she looked like but she finally sent me her photo and I liked what I saw. We talked for about 4 hours and agreed to meet for breakfast at the Modern Diner in Pawtucket on Christmas Eve day. Of course she was late. She looked very attractive and was exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say I was feeling good about meeting her. We continued to talk over the next few days. She wanted to invite me to the show she was in at the Gamm called "A Childs Christmas in Wales". Unfortunately, we got a huge snowstorm that day and I couldn't go. I fell in love with her almost immediately and we were together ever since. I'm glad she took a chance on me. I miss you. Bucky less
